Policies + Procedures

CANCELLATION 

We understand that we live in uncertain times, but, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we ask that you notify our concierge at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, so that we can accommodate other guests.

NO SHOW 

  • When an appointment is scheduled and you do not show up, you are automatically marked as a no-show in our system.

  • After your second no-show, you will be required to put down a 25% deposit of your service which is non-refundable.

ADJUSTMENTS

  • Adjustments to cuts or color will be made at no charge and must be completed within 14 days of service

PAYMENTS

  • We accept cash and credit card ( American Express, Mastercard, Visa ) payments as well as Roy Teeluck Gift Cards and Gift Certificates. 

  • Gratuities are cash or cashless app equivalents ( Cash App, Venmo, Zelle), We do not add gratuities to credit cards. 

REFUND POLICY

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, we will offer to adjust your cut or color within 14 days of your visit. 

  • Retail Purchases: We will accept an unopened, unused product for a full refund, within 30 Days of purchase.

COVID-19 POLICY

  • Our facilities are disinfected daily, as well as between clients.

  • Clients are seated 6 feet apart, per the mandated guidelines.

  • We have an AirSoap Air Purifying system going throughout the salon at all times, in addition to a Phone Soap for you to disinfect your device at your request.

  • All staff members and clients are required to wear masks while in the salon. We provide complimentary single use masks if needed. 

  • Upon entry, you will receive a temperature check and  hand sanitizer. 

  • *These, along with wearing a mask, are mandatory in order to receive your service.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Customer information in our files, such as your name, email address, and telephone number, is used to improve your service and send important messages such as appointment updates or hour changes, as well as marketing communications (which we try to keep sparse). 

  • *We do not under any circumstances, share this information with a third party.

FAQ's

  • Shampoo and Blow Out are included in our haircut services.

  • Cut and Color Consultations are free of charge.

  • We offer one complimentary bang trim as a follow-up service to haircut appointments. Please speak to your stylist for more information.
